We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk in Paola, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the entire accounts payable cycle, daily reconciliation of bank accounts, and monthly preparation of reports and analysis of various GL accounts. Responsibilities: • Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle from intake to payment• Conduct daily reconciliation of bank accounts • Monitor credit card purchases on a daily basis• Manage employee enrollment and ensure proper use of the expense program • Reconcile credit card statements monthly• Prepare monthly reports and conduct analysis for various GL accounts • Participate in special projects as required• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and QuickBooks.
